Connect your account once. From then on, publishing an event from Lightroom Classic sends photos straight to Fieldframe, jersey numbers and all, no separate upload step, no renaming files by hand.
Fieldframe adds itself as a Publish Service inside Lightroom Classic, the same kind of connection you'd use to publish to a stock agency or a client gallery service. Once it's set up, a Fieldframe collection sits in your Publish Services panel like any other.
Select an event, drag your edited photos into the collection, hit Publish. That's the whole workflow on your end.
Open the Lightroom tab in your Fieldframe account settings and generate a six-digit PIN. Enter that PIN into the plugin's connect dialog inside Lightroom and the two are linked. The PIN expires after five minutes, so there's nothing long-lived sitting around to copy incorrectly or leave exposed.
Roster management stays on fieldframe.app rather than inside Lightroom itself. Link a team roster to your event ahead of time, and every photo you publish from Lightroom gets matched against it automatically, same as a photo uploaded straight through the browser.
Nothing about publishing from Lightroom changes how detection works. It's the same process described on our jersey number detection page, just reached through a different door.
As soon as photos land in Fieldframe, they're processed and dropped into your event gallery, searchable by jersey number or player name straight away. Anything Fieldframe isn't confident about goes into a short manual review queue instead of getting guessed at, the same safety net as every other upload path.
There's no separate export step to remember and no renaming convention to keep track of. Publish from Lightroom, and the gallery is already live on the other end.
